In order to take advantage of our 50%Off Registration Discount this summer, you'll need to prepare for the following steps:

 

1. Create Your New Gym/Program Account

TIPS: Be Sure to Verify Email after creating your account. If Allstar Alliance - Xtreme Spirit Partner Brand Events doesn't pop up in your Events list, Press the Red "View More Producers" button and "Connect" to Allstar Alliance - Xtreme Spirit Partner Brands.

2. Enter Rosters & Create Your Teams

TIPS: Yes, we know they will change down the road, it's ok!

Rosters can be Imported from .CSV file. Download .CSV File Here, then enter Athlete information and Save/Export as .CSV File.

In the System, on the Athlete page, Click "Import from .CSV File". Common Errors: Incomplete Coach/Owner Information, Incomplete Athlete information (Birth Date, etc.), Incomplete Parent Information (Email, etc.).

3. Register For Competitions & Review Invoices

TIPS: If Having issues Registering for Competitions, watch for "Issues to Resolve" error messages in upper left corner and resolve to continue. Common Errors: Incomplete Coach/Owner Information, Incomplete Athlete information (Birth Date, etc.), Incomplete Parent Information (Email, etc.).

4. Pay Invoices In Full By July 31st (No Exceptions)
